Drenge blev landskendte, da de som 15-årige deltog i 'X Factor' i 2015, hvor de endte på en fjerdeplads. Duoen udgav deres første single 'Things We Do' i 2015. Lige nu er de aktuelle med nummeret 'Ring På Dig'. WebX Factor-succesen ledte til debutalbummet What Bois About To. Efterfølgende har Citybois udelukkende udgivet singler sunget på dansk, af hvilke fire er blevet certificeret guld.
