The reason you're experiencing this problem could very well be that the phono stage in the receiver can accept a very high output from a hot cartridge, and you may be using one that is of a lower output, hence the volume difference between sources. Webb23 dec. 2024 · I have a SX-838 that, with the preamp/main-in jumpers out, and when the pin 18 fuse is inserted, my DBT glows bight. When removed, the DBT is dim and the relay clicks in. Are the 1a fuses for each channel?
